“I regularly receive massage for my own self care, health and stress relief because the benefits touch every aspect of my life. As someone who struggles with acute anxiety, I understand the physical, mental and emotional effort it takes to work through everyday life stressors. I invite & welcome you to explore what massage has to offer.”

Massage and Chiropractic Care

Massage and chiropractic care can enhance your health, wellness, emotional well-being and physical functionality. A therapeutic massage in addition to targeted chiropractic treatment will considerably help reduce stress levels.

Massage helps loosen ligaments and tendons that can make the joints stiff and painful. This reduces overall muscle soreness, and helps improve circulation throughout the body. Chiropractic adjustments help ensure proper function of the joints and reduce inflammation and pain around the joint. Massage is a great way of alleviating bodily pain while chiropractic care targets the source of the pain.

Massage for Athletes

For athletes, massaging the body helps to improve circulation and blood flow. Combining massage with the skilled attention of a chiropractor will help athletes to achieve high performance. Sports injuries can be ironed out by a chiropractor as well, while therapeutic massage will help to keep the body in good condition.

Massage for Prenatal Care

Prenatal massage therapy can also help reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health. Chiropractic care helps soothe the muscles and ligaments that change as your body grows, which in turn may pave the way for a smoother delivery. Prenatal chiropractic adjustments have been known to decrease lower back pain, ligament pain, morning sickness, pelvis & sacrum pain and length of labor.

When it comes to your body, everything is connected. Addressing the hard tissues can make treating the soft tissues much more effective. Together, these two therapies help you achieve longer-lasting, more complete results.
